چکیده

چکیده
کیفیت زندگی جنسی یکی از موضوعات کلیدی در زمینه سلامت جنسی است و همچنین یکی از جنبه‌های مهم کیفیت زندگی افراد است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه همسران شهر اردبیل در سال 1401 بودند که با توجه به محدودیت‌های موجود به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 220 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزارهای کمالگرایی معنوی (Besharat, 2009)، مهارت‌های ارتباطی(Queendom, 2004) ، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (Dennis & Vanderwaal 2010) و کیفیت زندگی جنسی (Sadeghi & Samani, 2011) استفاده شد. داده‌‌های پژوهش با روش‌های‌ ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 18 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کمالگرایی معنوی (57/0)، مهارت‌های ارتباطی (60/0) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (55/)0 با کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران رابطه معنادار داشت. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در مجموع (49/0) توانستند کیفیت زندگی جنسی در بین همسران را پیش‌بینی کنند (01/0p<). می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در زمره متغیرهای مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران بودند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود که روان‌شناسان و متخصصان بهداشت برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران به نقش این متغیرها توجه بیشتری کنند.

Abstract
Background: Sexual Quality of life is one of the key issues in the field of sexual health, and it is also one of the important aspects of people's quality of life. Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the role of spiritual perfectionism, communication skills and cognitive flexibility in predicting Spouses' Sexual quality of life. Method: The method of descriptive research was correlation type. The statistical population of the research was all the wives of Ardabil city in 2022, and according to the limitations of the available sampling method, 220 people were selected as a sample. To collect data, tools of Spiritual Perfectionism (Besharat, 2009), Communication Skills (Queendom, 2004), Cognitive Flexibility (Dennis & Vanderwaal 2010) and Sexual Quality of life (Sadeghi & Samani, 2011) were used. Research data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression methods in SPSS version 18 software. Findings: The results showed that spiritual perfectionism (0.57), communication skills (0.60) and cognitive flexibility (0.55) had a significant relationship with spouses' Sexual quality of life. Also, the results of multiple regression showed that spiritual perfectionism, communication skills and cognitive flexibility in total (0.49) could predict the quality of sexual life among spouses (p<0.01). Conclusion: It can be concluded that spiritual perfectionism, communication skills and cognitive flexibility were among the variables related to the quality of spouses' sexual life. Therefore, it is suggested that psychologists and health professionals pay more attention to the role of these variables in order to improve the spouses' Sexual quality of life.
