اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی به روش آدلری بر عملکرد خانوادگی مادران با فرزندان در معرض خطر دبستان شهید امامی منطقه 19 تهران

چکیده

مشاوره گروهی آدلری نقش اساسی در عملکرد خانواده دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره‌ی گروهی آدلری بر عملکرد خانوادگی مادران با فرزندان در معرض خطر در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ی این پژوهش مادران دانش‌آموزان دختر در سال 1403-1402 منطقه ی 19 شهر تهران بود که 28 مادر به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده اپشتاین(1983) در مراحل پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش آموزش مشاوره ی گروهی مبتنی بر روش آدلری را در هشت جلسه ی 90-60 دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه گیری مکرر در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین‌ متغیر ارتباط در دو گروه مشاوره آدلری و کنترل با یکدیگر تفاوت معنی‌دار دارند (05/0>P). اما برای متغیرهای عملکرد خانواده و ابعاد آن شامل حل مشکل، نقشها، همراهی عاطفی، آمیزش عاطفی و کنترل رفتار، تفاوت بین دو گروه معنادار نیست (05/0<P). نتیجه دیگر حاکی از آن است که مشاوره‌ی گروهی مبتنی بر روش آدلری به طور معناداری منجر به بهبود مولفه نقش‌ها و عملکرد خانواده شده است و آمیزش عاطفی را به طور معناداری کاهش داده است. مشاوران و روان شناسان خانواده می‌توانند از نتایج این پژوهش جهت بهبود عملکرد خانواده استفاده نمایند.

Background: Adlerian group counseling plays a pivotal role on family functioning. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Adlerian Group Counseling on family functioning among mothers with at-risk children in a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test, and two-month follow-up, including a control group. Method: The study population consisted of mothers of female students from District 19 in Tehran during the 2023-2024 academic year. Twenty-eight mothers were selected through convenience sampling and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Participants completed the Epstein Family Functioning Questionnaire (1983) at pre-test, post-test, and follow-up stages. The experimental group received Adlerian-based group counseling in eight sessions, each lasting 60-90 minutes, while the control group received no intervention. Data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA in SPSS version 25. Findings: Results indicated a significant difference in the mean communication variable between the Adlerian counseling and control groups (p < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences between the groups in overall family functioning or in dimensions such as problem-solving, roles, emotional support, emotional involvement, and behavioral control (p > 0.05). Additional results showed that Adlerian-based group counseling significantly improved role function and overall family functioning, while reducing emotional involvement. Conclusion: These findings suggest that Adlerian Group Counseling may enhance specific aspects of family functioning. Family counselors and psychologists can apply these results to help improve family dynamics and support at-risk children.
