چکیده

انحلال رابطه عاشقانه از دردناکترین رخدادهایی است که افراد می‌توانند در زندگی خود تجربه کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و ارزیابی اثربخشی مداخلۀ مبتنی بر عوامل اثرگذار در ضربه عشقی بر سندرم ضربه عشق در دختران دانشجو بود. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1402 بودند؛ دانشجویانی که درگیر ضربه عشق بودند. از بین این افراد به تعداد 8 نفر به عنوان نمونه برای گروه آزمایش و 8 نفر به عنوان نمونه برای گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش در دسترس بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامۀ نشانگان ضربۀ عشق (Ross, 1991) بود. برای مداخله نیز از پروتکل مداخله عوامل اثرگذار در ضربه عشق استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که پروتکل مداخله عوامل اثرگذار در ضربه عشق بر شدت ضربه عشق در دختران دانشجو دارای تجربۀشکست عشقی تاثیر داردو بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معناداری در نمره‌های شکست عشقی وجود داشت (631/57= F و 001/0= P). بر اساس این یافته می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که پروتکل مداخلۀ عوامل اثرگذار بر ضربه عشق می‌تواند به عنوان روشی اثربخش برای مداخله در شکست عشقی دختران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و باعث کمک به آنها برای سازگاری با ضربه شود.

Background: The dissolution of a romantic relationship is one of the most painful events that people can experience in their lives. Objective: The aim of the present study was to design and evaluate the effectiveness of an intervention, based on the factors influencing love trauma on love trauma syndrome in girl's students. Method: The present research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. The research population included all female students of Mohaghegh Ardabili University in 1402; Students who were involved in love Trauma. Among these people, 8 people were selected as samples for the experimental group and 8 people were selected as samples for the control group. The sampling method of this research was available. Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The data collection tool included the love Trauma syndrome questionnaire (Ross, 1991). Findings: The results of the analysis of covariance showed that the intervention protocol of factors affecting love trauma has an effect on the severity of love trauma in female students who have experienced love failure and there was a significant difference in love failure scores between the two experimental and control groups (F = 57.631 and P = 0.001). Conclusion: Based on this finding, it can be concluded that the intervention protocol of the factors affecting love trauma can be used as an effective method to intervene in girls' love failure and help them adapt to the trauma.
