هم سنجی اثربخشی طرح‌واره درمانی و روایت درمانی هنگام به هم پیوستن هر یک از آن‌ها با برنامه غنی‌سازی زناشویی بر گرایش به پیمان‌شکنی زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی

چکیده

پیمان­شکنی زناشویی مایه آشفتگی چشمگیر زندگی فردی و میان فردی زوجین و تباهگر رابطه آن‌ها است... هدف از انجام این پژوهش هم سنجی اثربخشی طرح‌واره درمانی و روایت درمانی در ترکیب آن‌ها با غنی‌ســــــازی زناشویی بر گرایش به پیمان­شکنی زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی بود. این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری یک‌ماهه است. جامعه آماری 34 نفر از زنان درگیر در پیمان‌شکنی زناشویی مراجعه‌کننده به «درمانگاه فرهنگ شهریار» در سال 1395 بود. نمونه دربرگیرنده 18 زن داوطلب بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس گزینش شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های شش‌نفری ترکیب طرح‌واره درمانی با غنی‌سازی زناشویی، ترکیب روایت درمانی با غنی‌سازی زناشویی و یک گروه گواه گمارده شدند ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه گرایش به پیمان­شکنی زناشویی پولات 2006، سنجه رضایت زناشویی انریچ 1989 و پرسشنامه طرح‌واره یانگ 1990 بود. برآیندهای آزمون‌های کروسکال والیس و یومان ویتنی نشان داد ترکیب طرح‌واره درمانی با غنی‌سازی زناشویی توانست گرایش به پیمان­شکنی زناشویی را کاهش (05/0>P، 882/2-=Z، 00/0=Mann-Whitney U) و رضایت زناشویی را افزایش دهد (05/0>P، 892/2-=Z، 00/0=Mann-Whitney U). ترکیب روایت درمانی با غنی‌سازی زناشویی توانست گرایش به پیمان­شکنی زناشویی را کاهش (05/0>P، 882/2-=Z، 00/0= Mann-Whitney U) و رضایت زناشویی را افزایش دهد (05/0>P، 887/2-=Z، 00/0= Mann-Whitney U). برآیندهای آزمون یومان ویتنی نشان داد میان اثربخشی طرح‌واره درمانی و روایت درمانی با پیوستن هریک به غنی‌سازی زناشویی بر گرایش به پیمان­شکنی زناشویی (/171/0=P،368/1-=Z، 5/9=Mann-Whitney U) و رضایت زناشویی (81/0=P،241/0=Z، 5/16=Mann-Whitney U) تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. پیگیری یک‌ماهه نشانگر ثبات برآیندها بوده است. با توجه به دگرگونی شناخت­ها، هیجان‌ها و رفتارهای افراد پیمان­شکن توسط طرح‌واره درمانی و دگرگونی روایت­های منجر به پیمان­شکنی توسط روایت درمانی و ایجاد صمیمیت توسط غنی‌سازی زناشویی می­توان از آن‌ها در درمان پیمان­شکنی و افزایش رضایت زناشویی استفاده نمود.

چکیده [English]

Marital infidelity is a source of intense distress for personal and interpersonal couples life and destroyer their relationships. Aim of this research was the comparison of efficacy of schema therapy and narrative therapy combined with marital enrichment program on infidelity tendency and marital satisfaction. This research is quasi-experimental field research with pre-posttest and control group with one-month followup. Statistical universe included 34 women referring to Farhang Clinic of Shahryar in the 2016 with extramarital affairs, and statistical sample conveniently selected of 18 volunteer women which randomly assigned to six-member groups of schema­ therapy combined with marital enrichment, narrative therapy combined with marital enrichment and a control group. Polat infidelity tendency questionnaire 2006, ENRICH marital satisfaction scale 1989, and Young schemas questionnaire 1990 were used to collect data. Results of Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney showed that schema therapy combined with marital enrichment reduced marital infidelity (Mann-Whitnney=0.00, Z=-2/882,P<0.05)and enhanced marital satisfaction(Mann-Whitnney=0.00, Z=-2/892,P<0.05).Narrative therapy combined with marital enrichment reduced marital infidelity (Mann-Whitnney=0.00, Z=-2/882,P<0.05) and enhanced marital satisfaction(Mann-Whitnney=0.00, Z=-2/887,p<0.05).There was no significant difference between efficacy of schema therapy and narrative therapy combined with marital enrichment on infidelity tendency(Mann-Whitney U=9/5, Z=-1/368, P=0/171) and marital satisfaction(Mann-Whitney U=16/5, Z=0/241, P= 0/81). Follow up after 1 month implies that results are stable. As the modification of cognitions, emotions and behaviors by schema therapy, modification of narratives contributing to infidelity by narrative therapy and making intimacy by marital enrichment, they could be used to treat infidelity and enhance marital satisfaction.
