اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی یکپارچه نگر به روش دایمند بر هماهنگی زناشویی و شایستگی والدگری پس از زایش نخستین فرزند

چکیده

پژوهش­های اخیر نشان‌گر کاهش سلامت روانی زوجین پس از زایش فرزند نخست است. بااین‌وجود، سلامت روانی زوجین همبستگی مثبت معنی­داری با گرایش زوجین به فرزند بیشتر داشتن و زایش فرزند پس‌ازآن دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی یکپارچه نگر  به روش دایمند بر هماهنگی زناشویی و شایستگی والدگری پس از زایش نخستین فرزند زوجین شهرستان اهواز در سال 1397 بود. بر این اساس، سه زوج که دارای تک‌فرزند کمتر از فرزند سه‌ساله بودند، به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه استفاده شد. زوج‌درمانی یکپارچه نگر  به روش دایمند در سه مرحله خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری انجام شد و زوجین به سنجه هماهنگی زناشویی و سنجه شایستگی والدگری پاسخ دادند. داده­ها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شناسه تغییر پایا (RCI) و فرمول درصد بهبود تحلیل شدند. زوج‌درمانی یکپارچه نگر  به روش دایمند مایۀ افزایش معنی­دار هماهنگی زناشویی (48/26 درصد بهبود) و احساس شایستگی والدگری (02/30 درصد بهبود) زوجین شد.برآیندهای این پژوهش نشان داد زوج‌درمانی یکپارچه نگر  به روش دایمند می­تواند برای انتقال به مرحله والدگری کارساز باشد و خانواده درمانگران می­توانند از این روش درمانی برای بهبود روابط زناشویی زوجین ایرانی استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

Recent studies have suggested a decline in mental health after the birth of a first child. Yet parents’ mental health is linked positively to wanting and to having additional children. The aim of present study was the effectiveness of Integrative Couple Therapy via Diamond method on marital harmony and parenting competence after the birth of first child in couples of Ahvaz in 2018. Three couples with single child less than 3 years were selected using purposeful sampling. Multiple baseline experimental single case study was used as the method of the present study. Integrative couple therapy via Diamond method was carried out in three phase of baseline, intervention and follow-up and participants completed the marital harmony scale and parenting competence scale. Data analyzed with visuals inspection, reliable change index (RCI) strategies and improvement percentage. The integrative couple therapy via Diamond method had significant effect in increasing of marital harmony (%26.48 improvement) and parenting competence (%30.02 improvement). Results showed that the Integrative Couple Therapy via Diamond method can be effective in transition to parenthood and family therapists can use this intervention to improve marital relationship in Iranian`s couples
