Abstract

Purpose: This study was aimed  to the more discover the  hidden causes of divorce and its positive aspects, versus the last researches that analyses negative aspects of divorce. The aim of this research is retrieval the positive layers of divorce by qualitative study
Methods: This research is a qualitative study with Grounded Theory approach. Through a theoretical sampling, a purposeful sample was selected. The sample consisted of 34 person that were interviewed in-depth interviews. Answers were recorded, coded, and organized then data was gathered through in-depth interviews.
Findings: Findings were summarized in 3 factors as main concepts and related together. Concepts which caused the divorce named: "Explanation disagreement", "Meaning disagreement" and "Up to date disagreement".
 Conclusion: The findings showed that the important aspects of divorce are resumption of independence, release of the inconsonant life limitation and extension of positive individualism.
