The Effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Family Therapy on Frigidity among Divorce Seeking Women

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to reveal  the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Family Therapy on Frigidity among Divorce Seeking Women.
 Method: The research was an experimental one the design of  pre- test and post – test and control group. thirty two women were selected randomly from counseling centers. They were assigned, again randomly, to two groups of 11. They all filled a Females Frigidity Questionnaires which were confirmed to be reliable and valid(pre- test). After an 8-session intervention on one groups, all two filled the questionnaire again(post – test).
Findings: The results showed a significant difference between intervention groups and the comparison one, with a relatively equal amount of change among the one family therapy method employed  and control group here.
Conclusion: The findings from this the current study showed a considerable and effect of mindfulness-based family therapy on the Frigidity among divorce seeking women.
