The Effectiveness of Self– regulation Couple Therapy in Marital Satisfaction and Expression of Positive Feelings

Abstract

Recent research has studied effectiveness of self –regulation couple therapy in marital satisfaction and expression of positive feelings. Thus, 24 couples studied in two groups of test and control. As a first step, they get index of marital satisfaction and positive feeling questionnaire test. The test group received self– regulation couple therapy whereas the control group received any care. After getting care both groups get the test again and implementing Covariance analysis on results proved that in marital satisfaction and expression of positive feelings have improved meaning fully. Whole research proved that self –regulation couple therapy to considers as a care method for marital satisfaction and expression of positive feelings toward spouse.
