Purpose: This Article is aimed to study and compare The Effect of Family Based Intervention, Child Based Intervention and Family-Child Based Intervention on the Rate of Hyperactivity-impulsivity symptoms in Children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Method: In this experimental study children with ADHD, have been selected randomly from Isfahan elementary school. The students were in third grade. In order to confirm symptoms of the disorder, sixty among them have been examined by a clinical psychologist and categorized in four groups of fifteen, three experimental and a control group. Data has been collected by conners’ parental questionnaire (CPRS-R: S) and SPSS-16 software was used to analyze data. Findings: The result has shown that there is a significant difference between the four groups. Tukey test has also indicated that compound method (parents and children training simultaneously) and parent training are the most efficient methods to decrease Hyperactivity-impulsivity symptoms. Conclusion: The most influential (effective) methods to treat these children are to treat them with their parents simultaneously and parent-based intervention.
