Background: Divorce is one of the most stressful events in life, which seriously damages children's psychological health. Objective: The purpose of this research was to provide a psychological educational model for children of divorce to reduce new social harms. Method: This qualitative research was conducted using the thematic analysis method This qualitative research was conducted using thematic analysis method. The target population of this research was the existing documents in the field of emerging social harms from 2000 to 2022, and in the qualitative part, the target population included university professors and parents with divorce experience. In the present study, semi-structured interviews were used in the interview stage with academic experts and parents of divorce to design the protocol. Validity criteria (Guba & Lincoln, 1994) were used to evaluate the designed protocol, and the reliability coefficient between codings was used to calculate reliability. Findings: The findings of this research included the extraction of 77 sub-components (open code), and 14 components (axial code) under 3 main factors (selective code) as issues and problems in families in the field of emerging social harms. Family and individual factors include economic loss, the transformation of values, The physical and mental side effects the dimming of communication in the real world, and the loss of time. The communication factors also included components such as the transformation of communication, the blending of the right and wrong border, creating the ground for inappropriate access, and the dimming of real communication. Social factors also included indicators such as psychological damage, laying the groundwork for anxiety in society, laying the groundwork for the transformation of interpersonal relationships, modern communication and information technologies, suicide due to computer games, destruction of social relations and social isolation, cultural and social damage, and risky behaviors. Conclusion: The findings of this research indicate the importance of preventing divorce and contain useful implications for counselors active in the broken families field.
