مقایسۀ اثربخشی درمان بافت نگر انصاف محور و درمان هیجان مدار بر کیفیت و تعارضات زناشویی
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی تأثیر دو رویکرد درمانی بافت نگر انصاف محور (مبتنی بر نظریه بوزورمنی-نایج) و روش درمان هیجان مدار برافزایش کیفیت و کاهش تعارضات زناشویی زوجها بود. روش این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون، با گروه کنترل و پیگیری سهماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه زوجهایی بود که در سال 1398- 1397 به دفتر مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی خصوصی زیر نظر سازمان نظام روانشناسی و مشاوره در شهر ارومیه مراجعه داشتند از میان مراجعهکنندگان تعداد 24 زوج پس از همتاسازی آزمودنیها، به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل گمارش شدند. پرسشنامههای استفادهشده در این تحقیق شامل مقیاس کیفیت زناشویی فرم تجدیدنظر شده (Busby, Christensen, Crane, & Larson, 1995) و پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی تجدیدنظر شده (sanai zaker, Barati, & Bustani pour, 2008)بود. برای تحلیل دادهها و فرضیهها از روش آزمون آماری «تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر» و نرمافزار SPSS استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد اثربخشی رویکرد هیجان مدار در کاهش «تعارضات زناشویی»، بهصورت معنیداری (001/p <) بیشتر از درمان بافت نگر انصاف محور است. همچنین میان دو رویکرد برافزایش «کیفیت زناشویی» تفاوت معنادار مشاهده نشد اما باگذشت زمان اثربخشی رویکرد بافت نگر نسبت به رویکرد هیجان مدار در «کیفیت زناشویی» ثبات و پایداری بیشتری دارد؛ بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت ازآنجاکه متغیر تعارضات زناشویی ازنظر تئوری، وابستگی زیادی به نظریه دلبستگی و هیجانات دارند لذا رویکرد هیجان مدار اثربخشی مؤثرتری در این متغیر نشان داده است و ازآنجاکه در درازمدت حس عدالت و انصاف در رابطه منجر به بهبودی پایدار کارکردهای خانواده میگردد رویکرد بافت نگر در متغیر کیفیت زناشویی ثبات درمانی بهتری نشان داده است.

همسنجی اثربخشی زوجدرمانی شناختی-رفتاری و زوجدرمانی پذیرش و تعهد بر بیرمقی زناشویی و تنیدگی پس ضربهای زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی
بهکارگیری مداخلات فراخور برای کاهش اثرات منفی خیانت زناشویی ارج فراوانی دارد. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر همسنجی کارایی زوجدرمانی شناختی رفتاری و زوجدرمانی پذیرش و تعهد بر بیرمقی زناشویی و تنیدگی پس ضربهای زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دربرگیرنده همه زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی منطقه غرب تهران در سال 1398 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه زوجدرمانی شناختی رفتاری، زوجدرمانی پذیرش و تعهد و گروه گواه گمارش شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه شناختی رفتاری و گروه پذیرش و تعهد هرکدام بهصورت جداگانه طی دوازده جلسه و یکبار در هفته به مدت 90 دقیقه تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. طی این مدت گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. همه آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از پژوهش به پرسشنامه بیرمقی زناشویی ((Pines, 1996 و تنیدگی پس ضربهای (Foa, Riggs, Dancu, & Rothbaum, 1993) پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که هر دو درمان تأثیر معناداری بر بیرمقی بدنی (64/ 7 ;F=002/ 0P=)، بیرمقی هیجانی (07/ 19 ;F=001/ 0P=)، بیرمقی روانی (42/ 16 ;F=001/ 0P=) و تنیدگی پس ضربهای (72/ 65 ;F =001/ 0P=) داشتند. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه در بیرمقی زناشویی وجود نداشت (05/0<p) ولی در تنیدگی پس ضربهای تفاوت دو گروه معنادار بود و نتایج به نفع گروه زوجدرمانی پذیرش و تعهد بود (05/0p <). بر اساس نتایج حاضر، میتوان دریافت که زوجدرمانی شناختی رفتاری و زوجدرمانی پذیرش و تعهد بر بیرمقی و تنیدگی پس ضربهای زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت زناشویی مؤثر است؛ بر این اساس پیشنهاد میشود متخصصین مشاوره روانشناختی خانواده از این روشهای زوجدرمانی برای کاهش اثرات خیانت زناشویی بهره بگیرند.

مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان شناختی – رفتاری بر خوشنودی زناشویی زنان
عوامل فراوانی روی خوشنودی زناشویی تأثیر میگذارد، ناخشنودی جنسی یکی از این عوامل است. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر خوشنودی زناشویی زنان دارای ناخشنودی جنسی بود. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر روششناسی جزء طرحهای آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، عبارت بودند از زنان دارای ناخشنودی جنسی که در سال 98 به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران (9 مرکز مشاوره) مراجعه کرده بودند (750 نفر). از این جامعه با بهکارگیری روش نمونهگیری در دسترس 45 نفر از زنان داوطلبی که دارای ملاکهای ورود به طرح درمانی بودند، از طریق مصاحبه تشخیصی نیمه ساختاریافته انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه 15 نفری درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، درمان شناختی – رفتاری و کنترل جایگزین شدند. سپس هر گروه آزمایشی طی 9 جلسه 5/1 ساعته تحت درمان قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل درمانی دریافت نکردند. اعضای هر سه گروه در هر دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون پرسشنامه خوشنودی زوجی اینریچ Fowers, Olson,1989)) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین نمرات متغیر خوشنودی زناشویی در هر دو گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، در مرحله پسآزمون افزایش معناداری داشته است (P ≤0/05, F=259/39). همچنین درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در سنجش با درمان شناختی- رفتاری اثربخشی بیشتری بر خوشنودی زناشویی داشته است؛ بنابراین درمانگران و مشاورین خانواده میتوانند با بهکارگیری درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر روی ناخشنودی جنسی زوجین کار کنند تا افزون بر حل مشکل آنها خوشنودی زناشوییشان نیز افزایش پیدا کند و گام باارزشی جهت کاهش طلاق بردارند.

تأثیر بازیدرمانی مبتنی بر نظام خانواده روی جو خانواده و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان دچار اختلال فزون کنشی/کاستی توجه
پژوهشهای فراوانی بهصورت مجزا راجع به اثربخشی رویکرد خانوادهدرمانی نظامدار در حل مشکلات خانواده و استفاده از بازیدرمانی یا درمانهای خانوادهمدار جهت کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان مخصوصاً کودکان دچار اختلال فزون کنشی/کاستی توجه بهره فراوانی برده شده است در این پژوهش به تلفیق رویکرد نظامدار خانواده و بازیدرمانی برای کار با این کودکان و خانوادههایشان پرداخته شد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی بازیدرمانی مبتنی بر نظام خانواده بر جو خانواده و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان دچار اختلال فزون کنشی/کاستی توجه بود. در این پژوهش از طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان 6 تا 8 سال دچار اختلال فزون کنشی/کاستی توجه و خانوادههای آنها در شهر تهران بودند که در سال 1399-1398 به مراکز مشاوره تصمیم، باران دانش و آفتاب زندگی مراجعه کرده بودند و 3 کودک بهصورت در دسترس بر اساس ملاکهای ورود انتخاب شدند. آزمودنیها بهصورت پلکانی زمانی وارد طرح پژوهشی شدند و 10 جلسه مداخله انجام شد. ابزارهای سنجش پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامههای مشکلات رفتاری کودکان (Rutter, 1967) و جو خانواده ( Moos & Moos,1994) بود. یافتههای پژوهش بر اساس تحلیل دیداری و شاخصهای آمار توصیفی، طراز، روند و تغییرپذیری مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که بازیدرمانی مبتنی بر نظام خانواده بر بهبود جو خانواده (برای هر سه آزمودنی) و کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان دچار اختلال فزون کنشی/کاستی توجه (برای هر سه آزمودنی) مؤثر بود. یافتهها کارایی بازیدرمانی مبتنی بر نظام خانواده را بر مشکلات رفتاری و جو خانواده نشان میدهد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود روانشناسان و درمانگران خانواده و کودک از این روش جهت بهبود مشکلات رفتاری و جو خانواده استفاده نمایند.

اثربخشی بخشایش درمانگری بر طلاق هیجانی همسران خیانت دیده
یکی از روشهای درمانی کارآمد بخشایش درمانگری است که در ادبیات مشاوره و رواندرمانی کمتر موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی بخشایش درمانگری بر طلاق هیجانی، همسران خیانت دیده شهرستان نکا بود. این پژوهش یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون گروه گواه با پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دربرگیرنده همه همسران خیانت دیده مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره ندای زندگی و ققنوس شهرستان نکا در سال 1399 که دربرگیرنده 124 نفر بود. از میان آنها 30 نفر انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گنجانده شدند. شرکتکنندهها، پرسشنامه طلاق هیجانی Gottman, Gottman, and Silver (1995)را در سه نوبت (پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری) تکمیل کردند. به گروه آزمایش 7 جلسه آموزش بخشایش درمانگری برای زمانی برابر 120 دقیقه (یک جلسه در هفته) ارائه شد و گروه گواه هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میان میانگین نمرات طلاق هیجانی 65/92 در سطح معنیداری 001/0 در گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. بر پایه یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش بخشایش درمانگری در کاهش طلاق هیجانی اثربخش است؛ بنابراین، به مشاورین و درمانگران استفاده از روش بخشایش درمانگری در مراکز مشاوره خانواده برای بهبود روابط زناشویی همسران خیانت دیده پیشنهاد میشود.

اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج بر باورهای ارتباطی، خودکار آمدی و معناجویی در دانشجویان پرستاری
آموزش پیش از ازدواج یکی از اولویتهای اصلی در برنامههای جلوگیری از ناهنجاریهای فردی و خانوادگی، کاهش میزان طلاق و افزایش خوشنودی زناشویی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج بر باورهای مرتبط با رابطه، خودکارآمدی و معنای زندگی در دانشجویان پرستاری تبریز بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری دانشجویان پرستاری مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی ۹۶-۹۷ دربرگیرنده 560 نفر بودند. آزمودنیها به تعداد 40 نفر بودند که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی از میان دانشجویانی که درخواستکننده شرکت در این دوره بودند انتخاب گردیده و در دو گروه 20 نفری آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش در ۶ جلسه ۶۰ دقیقهای آموزش پیش از ازدواج به روش انجل و رایت دریافت کردند و گروه گواه هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. دادهها با بهکارگیری سنجههای باورهای مرتبط با رابطه (Eielson & Epstein, 1982 )، خودکارآمدی (Schwarzer & Jerusalem, 1995) و معنا در زندگی (Steger et al., 2006) گردآوری شد. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در بخش آمار توصیفی از توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش استنباطی از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی پیش از ازدواج بر باورهای مرتبط با رابطه، خودکارآمدی و معنای زندگی معنیدار بوده است (0001>p). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان گفت که بهکارگیری این آموزش پیش از ازدواج بر روی باورهای مرتبط با رابطه ، خودکارآمدی و معنای زندگی در زندگی کارساز است.

تدوین مدل علی رابطۀ میان چشمانداز زمان آینده و خودتنظیمی بلندمدت با تحول شغلی؛ تلویحاتی درباره مشاوره روانشناختی با والدین دارای فرزند نوجوان
یکی از نگرانیهای شدید خانوادهها، انتخاب مسیر شغلی و هدایت تحصیلی فرزندان نوجوان است. پژوهشهای فراوانی به بررسی تحول شغلی در گروههای گوناگون پرداختهاند، ولی پژوهشی که به مدلیابی تحول شغلی در نوجوانان پرداخته باشد، تاکنون انجامنشده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل علی از رابطه میان چشمانداز زمان آینده و خودنظمجویی بلندمدت بر تحول شغلی با توجه به نقش واسطهای نگرش به مدرسه در فرزندان نوجوان خانوادههای شهر سنندج انجام شد. روش پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. از میان جامعه دانش آموزان نوجوان مقطع متوسطه اول شهر سنندج تعداد 284 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی انتخاب و به ابزارهای خودگزارشی چشمانداز زمان آینده (2008) Husman & Shell، خودنظمجویی نوجوانان Dias, Castillo & Moilanen, (2014)، نسخه تجدیدنظر شده مقیاس ارزیابی نگرش به مدرسه McCoach & Siegle (2003) و نسخه استرالیایی سیاهۀ کوتاه تحول شغلی Creed & Patton (2004) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بهوسیله نرمافزار AMOS و SPSS انجام گرفت. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که تحول شغلی با اطلاع از تراز چشمانداز زمان آینده و نگرش به مدرسه پیشبینی شد؛ خودنظمجویی بر نگرش به مدرسه و تحول شغلی بهطور مستقیم تأثیری نداشتند؛ نگرش به مدرسه تأثیر علی و مستقیمی بر تحول شغلی نداشت. همچنین چشمانداز زمان و خودنظمجویی با میانجیگری نگرش به مدرسه اثر غیرمستقیم بر تحول شغلی نداشت. یافتههای این پژوهش مؤید تأثیر معنیدار چشمانداز زمان آینده بر تحول شغلی فرزندان نوجوان خانوادههای شهر سنندج است.

بررسی تأثیر تعارض زناشویی بر نگرانی های دوران بارداری: نقش میانجی بهزیستی روانشناختی
درگیر شدن در تعارض و اختلافات زناشویی در دوران پر تنیدگی بارداری، دارای اثرات فراوانی است که میتوان با گسترش بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان باردار، آنها را در برابر تنشهای روانی پایدار کرد، ازاینروی هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تعارض زناشویی بر نگرانیهای دوران بارداری با نقش میانجی گر بهزیستی روانشناختی بود. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری همه زنان باردار 18-40 ساله مراجعهکننده به دفتر پزشک کارآزمودگان زنان و زایمان، بیمارستانها و مراکز بهداشت شهر مشهد در نیمه نخست سال 99-98 بود؛ نمونه آماری شمار 150 زن باردار است که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و بر پایه جدول مورگان انتخابشده و موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استاندارد تعارضات زناشویی بازنگری شده- ۵۴ پرسشی (1388)، پرسشنامه نگرانیهای دوره بارداری (آلدرسی و لین، ۲۰۱۱) و همچنین پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی (ریف، ۲۰۰۲) استفاده شد. دادههای جمعآوریشده، با بهکارگیری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) بهوسیله نرمافزار Spss23 و Lisrel 8.8 تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد با توجه مقادیر ضریب مسیر و T، تعارض زناشویی بر نگرانی دوران بارداری اثر مستقیم و معنادار دارد (68/0 و 48/7=T)؛ بهعبارتدیگر هرچقدر تعارض زناشویی بالا رود نگرانی هم بالا میرود (01/0>P). از سویی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد تعارض با بهزیستی روانشناختی اثر معکوس دارد (69/0- و 82/7-=T)؛ یعنی هرچقدر تعارض بالا رود بهزیستی روانشناختی پایین میآید. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان گفت که تعارض زناشویی افزون بر اینکه میتواند عامل خطری برای نگرانیهای دوران بارداری باشند، میتواند از راه بهزیستی روانشناختی اثر غیرمستقیمی بر تراز نگرانیهای دوران بارداری بگذارد.

تأثیر تنیدگی های عمودی و افقی خانواده های گسسته بر نشانه های مرضی روانی برآمده از گسترش اخبار کووید-19: یک پژوهش کیفی
گسترش اخبار کووید-19، تنیدگی غیرمنتظرهای را در همه جنبههای جامعه به وجود آورده و چهبسا در بسیاری از نقاط جهان اختلالات مربوط به تنیدگی را افزایش خواهد داد. با توجه به شکافهای پژوهشی در صورت عدم توجه به این چالش بیسابقه، جهان با مشکلات بسیار جدی رویارو خواهد شد. ازاینروی پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تنیدگیهای عمودی و افقی خانوادههای گسسته بر نشانههای مرضی روانی برآمده از گسترش اخبار کووید-19 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش دربرگیرنده همه دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1398-1399 بود؛ که بهمنظور انجام این پژوهش کیفی، 12 خانواده گسسته به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت غربالگری از سنجه انطباقپذیری و همبستگی خانواده استفاده شد. روش اصلی جمعآوری دادهها، مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند با سؤالات باز بود و دادهها با روشSmith (1995) مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. صحت و اعتبار پژوهش حاضر ریشه در چهار محور «باورپذیری، انتقالپذیری، تصدیق پذیری و اطمینانپذیری» داشت. یافتههای برآمده از تجربیات خانوادهها در پنج مضمون اصلی «عوامل تنشزا در دوره قرنطینه خانگی»، «سازوکار توزیع مسئولیت»، «سازوکار حمایت خانواده»، «مشکلات انطباقی» و « نشانههای مرضی روانی » و چندین مضمون فرعی خلاصه شد. بهطورکلی نتایج نشان داد، برخی از عوامل خانوادههای گسسته مانند سازوکار توزیع مسئولیت و حمایت خانوادگی ناسازگار، آنها را هنگامیکه تنیدگیهای افقی (وجود بیماریهای زمینهای در افراد خانواده، مشکلات تحصیلی و مشکلات شغلی) و تنیدگیهای عمودی (گسترش اخبار کووید-19 و بحران اقتصادی جامعه) بهصورت همزمان رخداده بود، با تنیدگی مضاعف روبرو کرده و در چنین خانوادههایی نشانههایی از آسیبشناسی روانی (ایجاد، عود و تشدید) و مشکلات انطباقی (خانوادگی) وجود داشت.

آسیبشناسی اثر درونمایه سریالهای شبکه نمایش خانگی بر خانواده؛ یک تحلیل درونمایه مبتنی بر نگاه سیستمی در خانواده
برقراری ارتباط برای همه خانوادهها ضروری است و ازآنجاییکه بیشتر مخاطبین تلویزیون خانوادهها هستند، وسایل ارتباطجمعی میتوانند نقش و کارکردهای مؤثری داشته باشند. ازاینرو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی آسیبشناسی سریالهای شبکه نمایش خانگی بر خانواده مبتنی بر نگاه سیستمی انجامشده است. روش این پژوهش تحلیل درونمایه بود. بدین منظور از میان ده سریال شبکه نمایش خانگی در میان سالهای 1395 تا 1399 شمار پنج سریال به نامهای ممنوعه، دل، مانکن، عاشقانهها و کرگدن به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. خیانت زناشویی، خشونت، عشق مثلثی، زندگی اشرافی، پنهانکاری و دروغ، سازوکار حل مشکلات شخصی و خانوادگی و ملاکهای انتخاب افراد برای ازدواج در این سریالها تحلیل شده است. ابزارهای این پژوهش با بهکارگیری مشاهده درونمایه سریالها از سوی متخصصین رشتههای جامعهشناسی، روانشناسی بالینی و روانشناسی بالینی گرایش خانواده جهت ثبت مصادیق ذکرشده گردآوری شد. در تحلیل حاضر تفاوت میان تعداد مفاهیم مورد مشاهده نسبت به فراوانی مورد انتظار از طریق آزمون خی دو موردبررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد میان فراوانی مورد انتظار و فروانی مشاهدهشده تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت (p >0/05 ). به عبارتی یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد در این سریالها شاهد فراوانی خیانت زناشویی، خشونت، عشق مثلثی، زندگی اشرافی، پنهانکاری و دروغ، روشهای منفی حل مشکلات شخصی و خانوادگی و عدم انتخاب ملاکهای مناسب افراد برای ازدواج با یکدیگر هستیم؛ که لازم است در مطالعهای تأثیر این مفاهیم در ارتقا بهداشت روانی خانواده ایرانی با توجه به سناریو و گفتمان درونی فیلمها ارزیابی شود که این سریالها چه تغییراتی در سبک زندگی خانواده ایرانی ایجاد میکنند.

بررسی ابعاد هیجانی و روانشناختی آسیبهای دوران کودکی در مردان و زنان دارای پیشینه خیانت زناشویی
برای خیانت زناشویی میتوان دلایل فراوانی برشمرد که آسیبهای دوران کودکی میتواند یکی از آنها باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر آشکار ساختن ابعاد هیجانی و روانشناختی آسیبهای دوران کودکی در مردان و زنان دارای پیشینه خیانت زناشویی بود. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی بود که با بهکارگیری مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته در 12 نفر (7 زن و 5 مرد) از افراد دارای پیشینه خیانت زناشویی انجام شد. این افراد در سال 1397 به دلیل خیانت زناشویی به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان لارستان، استان فارس، مراجعه کرده بودند، خیانت حداقل شش ماه طول کشیده و به تأیید مراجع و مشاور رسیده بود. شرکتکنندگان بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و نمونهگیری تا جایی ادامه یافت که پاسخهای شرکتکنندگان به حالت اشباع برسد. دادهها با بهکارگیری شیوه کیفی نظریه زمینهای تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که افراد دارای پیشینه خیانت زناشویی در دوران کودکی خود دچار آسیبهای هیجانی و روانشناختی همچون محرومیت، درماندگی، گسستگی هیجانی، شکاف میان نسلی و تمرکز بیرون از خانواده والدین شده بودند. بررسی روند مصاحبهها نشان داد که این آسیبها مشکلاتی را برای افراد در کودکی و بزرگسالی و در زمینههای گوناگون زندگی (تحصیلی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، نوجوانی، شغل و کار وزندگی زناشویی) به وجود میآورند. بر پایه این یافتهها و همچنین الگوی پارادایمی برآمده از آنها میتوان جهت شناسایی و همچنین پیشگیری از آسیبهایی که میتواند در خانواده منجر به خیانت شوند، اقدامات لازم را انجام داد.

پیشبینی بیرمقی زناشویی بر پایه خود-تمایزیافتگی و باورهای ارتباطی با میانجیگری ساماندهی هیجانی در زنان درخواستکننده طلاق
رابطه زناشویی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن نقش برجستهای در خوشنودی زوجین از زندگی مشترک و دوام پیوند زناشویی ایشان دارد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی ساماندهی هیجانی در رابطه میان خود-تمایزیافتگی و باورهای ارتباطی با بیرمقی زناشویی زنان انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و جامعهی آماری پژوهش حاضر دربرگیرنده همهی زنان درخواستکننده طلاق مراجعهکننده به دادگاه شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1398 بود که از میان آنها بهصورت در دسترس 200 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه خود-تمایزیافتگی Skowron & Friedlander, 1998)( ، پرسشنامه بیرمقی زناشویی Pines & Nunes, 2003))، سنجه ساماندهی هیجان (Garnefski, Kraaij & Spinhoven, 2001) و پرسشنامه باورهای ارتباطی Eidelson & Epstein, 1982)) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل مسیر استفاده گردید تا روابط علی میان متغیرها مشخص شود. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای مهارت ارتباطی و خود-تمایزیافتگی بهطور معنادار قادر به پیشبینی بیرمقی زناشویی بودند. همچنین هیجانات مثبت و منفی نیز بهطور معنادار قادر به پیشبینی بیرمقی زناشویی بودند. همچنین یافتههای تحلیل مسیر نشان داد هیجان مثبت و منفی دارای نقش میانجیگر جزئی در رابطه میان خود-تمایزیافتگی و مهارت ارتباطی با بیرمقی زناشویی است. بهعبارتدیگر، نقش میانجیگری هیجانات مثبت و منفی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. درمجموع، به نظر میرسد بیرمقی زناشویی پدیدهای است که ضمن درگیر کردن بسیاری از زوجها، از عوامل فراوانی ازجمله خود-تمایزیافتگی، باورهای ارتباطی و ساماندهی هیجان تأثیر میپذیرد. بنابراین نیاز است در مداخلههای درمانی، خانوادهدرمانی و آموزشهای خانواده توجه ویژهای به خود-تمایزیافتگی، باورهای ارتباطی و همچنین ساماندهی هیجان صورت پذیرد.
