Purpose:Depression is one of the problems in divorced women and the role of forgiveness, social support and resilience on it, is especially important. The purpose of current study was the prevalence of depression symptoms and relationship between forgiveness, social support and resilience with those symptoms in divorced women. Methods: In this correlation research, 124 divorced women in Kermanshah were selected by available sampling and filled the Depression, Forgiveness, Multidimensional Perceived Social Support and Resilience scales. Pearson correlation and regression were used for analyzing the data. Findings: The results showed that 16.9% of divorced women have mild depression, 50.0% moderate depression and 33.1% severe depression. There was negative correlation between forgiveness of oneself and others, social support and resilience with depression symptoms and the predictive variables explained 15% the variance of depression symptoms in divorced women. Conclusion:Results supported the high prevalence of depression symptoms and the meaningful correlation of forgiveness, social support and resilience with depression symptoms. Results have important implication in attending to develop the social support systems and trainings based on forgiveness and resilience for reducing the depression symptoms in divorced women.

Purpose: Given the importance of the cognitive emotion regulation and thought – action fusion in social life, present study compared the cognitive emotion regulation strategies and thought– action fusion between divorce applicant couples and normal couples. Methods: The present study is of Comparative researches type, and to conduct research using available sampling, chosen 30 divorce applicant couples (30 female and 30 male) and 30 normal couples chosen through matching (30 female and 30 male), and, cognitive emotion regulation strategies questionnaire (CERQ) and fusion of thought and action revised questionnaire (TAF-R), have been performed on them and testing hypotheses, used the of two-way variance analysis between groups. Findings: The results, first of all, have indicated that the divorce applicant couples in contact with negative experience use negative strategies, and normal couples use positive strategies. Also thought– action fusion together all the components except components of the risk and moral TAF, a significant difference has been seen between the two groups of couples, which at the level of( p<0/05) was significant. And secondly, there has been significant difference between two groups of couples of cognitive emotion adjustment strategies and components of thought– action fusion applying gender factor at the level of (p<0/05). Also F (interaction) with the exception of the (Rumination, catastrophising, acceptance and positive refocusing) Strategies And moral TAF components, in other strategies and components at the level of (p<0/05) has been regarded as significant. Conclusion: It has been concluded that there has been significant differences between divorce applicant couples and normal couples of cognitive emotion regulation strategies and thought – action fusion, the results have shown the significant role of such variables in stability of marriage life.

Purpose: The main aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of communication skills training of couples who use the method of interaction analysis (TA) on the reducing marital conflicts. Methods: This study is Practical and is an experimental type (a pretest - posttest with control group). The population consisted of couples that Because of that conflict by the Family Court have been sent to Intervention and family counseling centers in the Urmia city in 1390. Using simple random sampling, 30 couples were selected as samples of the population and by using of randomized replacement in the two groups of experimental and control groups (each group containing 15 pairs) have set and then Conflicts Questionnaires as a pretest was carried on each in the two groups of experimental and control. The test group for 10 sessions of 90 minutes in one session a week, Communication skills has taught by interactive analysis (TA). While the control group received no training. One week after the training session, once again questionnaire Conflicts as a posttest were performed on both groups Findings: Results indicated that teaching communication skills using interaction analysis statistically significant have an effect on reducing marital conflict and its components. Conclusion: Can generally conclude couples' communication skills using interactive analysis (TA) as a group to reduce the impact of marital conflict and reduce conflicts between the couples.

Purpose: The family function is established on Systematic approach based on the structure, organization and exchange patterns among family members, especially between spouses. Healthy in its various dimensions led to the development of compatibility & intimacy between couples. This research is investigating of family functioning (Based on the McMaster model) in predicting couples compatibility & attitudes toward intimacy of families in Qazvin City. Methods: The research method is correctional. Participants were Fifty three couples (106 people) that were selected through a convenience method from different areas of the Qazvin city due to requiring the participation of couples in research. The participants answered three questionnaires such as Family Assessment Device, marriage compatibility & Attitudes of Intimacy scale. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation & Multivariate regression analysis. Findings: This study found that there is significant correlation between Family Functioning, marriage Compatibility & Attitudes of Intimacy in couples (P<0/001). Regression analyses revealed that Family Functioning can respectively predict marriage Compatibility & Attitudes of Intimacy in couples with 0/46 & 0/25. Conclusion: It can be concluded that improving family functioning correlates with increasing agreement, compatibility & intimacy between spouses.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to test the model of father and mother attachment with anxiety and depression with mediating God attachment. Methods: The method of this study was path analysis. The sample consisted of 319 high school students selected through random cluster sampling method. The participants completed four questionnaires (Beck anxiety inventory, Beck depression inventory attachment to God inventory, and Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment). Findings: According to the results, the proposed model had an acceptable fitness regarding the fitness indices. The results indicated the indirect relationships between father and mother attachment and anxiety with mediating God attachment and the indirect relationships between father and mother attachment and depression with mediating God attachment was significant. Conclusion: It can be concluded for preventing the psychological disorders as depression and anxiety should be note to parental attachment and attachment to God.

Purpose: The purpose of this experimental research was to investigate the effectiveness training Cognitive-Behavior to mothers on decreasing ADHD symptoms and increasing happiness of mothers and as the result the father the happiness. Methods: The research design was semi experimental with pre- test, post- test, and control group. Subjects were 45 children with syndrome ADHD who were selected voluntarily from Imam Hussein Clinic in yazd city. They assigned in 3 groups, 1- prescribed drugs for Children, 2- prescribed drugs for Children with mother group training, and 3- control group. Experimental Group (1), Children under psychiatric treatment received drugs and their mothers received 9 sessions training, Experimental group(2) Children under psychiatric treatment received drugs, and control group remained with no intervention and was put on the waiting list. Instruments were Conner’s Parents Rating Scale (CPRS), and oxford happiness inventory that administrated as pre- test and post- test. Findings: The data were collected and analyzed by statistical methods, Analysis of variance one way & two ways. The results showed that both of experimental methods was effective on decreasing ADHD symptoms (p<0/01) but training method to mothers was more effective than prescribed drugs group (p<0/05). Furthermore, the effect of mothers training was a significant increase in their happiness (p<0/01). Also increased mother happiness could to increasing father happiness (p<0/05). Conclusion: for decreasing ADHD symptoms, is better mother training and drug therapy together. Also increased mother happiness could to increasing father happiness.

Family Financial Management and Couple Relationship Quality

Purpose: the family financial management is one of the most important factors determining the dynamics and quality of the marital relationship as well as one of the aspects of family functioning that can play an important role in the stability and continuity of the marital relationship.
Methods: This research is a descriptive and qualitative study. In this study, financial management practices of 25 Sanandaj couples who believe they have successful and firm marriages were selected based on purposive sampling method. Sample analyzed using qualitative method, open coding and category.
Findings: The research findings were as follows: First, for most couples one of the partners handled the day-to-day finances and that required trust and communication. Second, these couples had little or no debt or had a goal of paying off debt. Third, couples lived within their means and were frugal. Fourth, couples’ practices of having joint or separate accounts were among the major topics of interest to couples. Fifth, how they dealt with financial challenges was part of the couple relationship dynamics, and sixth, their view of other couples having financial challenges was part of their cognitive dynamics.
Conclusion: The research findings show that financial issues have a prominent role in the couple's relationship quality as well as include much of the marital relationship dynamics. Couples who have successful and firm life can easily solve their financial problems through consultation and cooperation.
