Purpose: The aim of this research was to study the effect of transactional analysis training (TA) on the marital burnout and the quality of couple’s life. Method: The present research was experimental using pre-posttest follow up and control group. The sample consists of couples with familiar problems that have referred to counseling centers in Bushehr state in 1390 and among them 20 couples were selected who had scored one standard deviation below the mean in the marital burnout and quality of life testing. Then they were randomly divided into two groups as experiment and control. Experimental group was included in 8 sessions of training transactional analysis including a 90 minute session per week but the control group did not receive any intervention. A week after the end of intervention, post-test was performed in the studied variables and after one month the follow-up test. In order to analyze the resulted data, MONCOVA analyzing method is used along with SPSS16. Findings: The acquired results revealed that there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0/001). In addition, these results have been consistent in follow up period (P<0/001). Conclusion: The transactional analysis training intervention was reduced marital burnout and increases the quality of couple’s life.

Purpose: Regarding to importance of family resilience domain and wide spreading the implications of focus on resilience in family, in this research, the family resiliency construction has been considered as a necessary research requirement. Family resiliency refers to the family ability to cope with changes in critical circumstances, and regenerate in the midst of disruptive states, and to restore family balance. Based on this, the present research has been accumulated for study about psychometric properties of family resiliency scale. Method: 320 students (182 female and 138 male) of Kazerun Salman Farsi University were selected by multistage cluster sampling, completed Family resiliency Scale, Meaning in Life Scale and Posttraumatic Growth Scale. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used to check the construct validation, and to examine the convergent validity, relationship coefficients among family resilience, meaning in life, and posttraumatic growth have been used. Coronbach Alpha and split half coefficient has also been used to check the reliability of family resilience scale. Findings: Based on factor analyses results the three factor model of family resiliency fitted well with empirical data. So, Family Resiliency Scale with communication and problem solving processes, religion and social resource and family belief as a total system about adversity subscales can assess how family resilience with problems and difficulties. Also results confirm convergent validation of Family Resiliency Scale whit other related scales. Reliability of total scale and subscales has been confirmed with alpha cronbach and split-half coefficients. Conclusion: Based on this finding, family resilience scale is a valid and reliable instrument to measure family resilience in Iranian families.

Purpose: This research was carried out with the purpose of Study the effectiveness of moral, spiritual and cultural intelligence training on marital maladjustment women. Methods: To conduct this research 20 person were selected with goal oriented sampling method and then assigned in 2 groups (control & experimental) randomly. Instruments were marital adjustment questioner (Spanier ,1976). The research type was semi-experimental with pre- post test design. The experimental group was provided with the 10 session’s interventions. Multiple analyze of covariance (MANCOVA) used for analyzing data. Findings: Findings showed that, generally, there are significant differences between 2 groups in marital adjustment and its components (dyadic satisfaction, dyadic cohesion, dyadic consensus and affection expression). Conclusion: Considering the significant differences between 2 groups in marital satisfaction, enhancing moral, spiritual and cultural intelligences can be effective in improving interpersonal &marital relationships. In whole findings indicated the importance of the moral, spiritual and cultural intelligence training program to couples.

Purpose:In recent years, with attending to increasing dissatisfactions in daily life, achievement marital satisfaction was imported for couples, family therapist and other psychologists. Therefore researchers have done very studies in this field and have reported various results of effectiveness of interventions on improve marital satisfaction.. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and trainings on increasing marital satisfaction by meta-analysis. Meta-analysis with the integration of result, demonstrate effect size of treatments Method: For this purpose, 19 acceptable studies in terms of methodology were selected, and meta-analysis performed on them. Research instrument was a checklist of meta-analysis. Results: The study findings showed that the rate of effect size of psychological interventions and trainings on increasing marital satisfaction was 0/7 (p<0/001) which according to Cohen’s table was high. Amount moderation analysis for this study was 0/1 that show there is/are a moderator/s variable. Conclusion: Psychological interventions and trainings are suitable treatments on increasing marital satisfaction and regarded to exist moderator/s variable in effectiveness psychological interventions and training on marital satisfaction, attention to these factors in next studies is necessary.

Purpose: Increased longevity, quality of life and ability to live independently influence and support others to take care of her needs. Therefore, proper planning is necessary to deal with the situation appears to be an empty nest. This study examined the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral group therapy on reducing depression and increase life hope in the empty nest syndrome is Ghorveh. Methods: The population of the city Ghorveh all men and women who have left their children to be included. A sample of 24 people was selected using convenient sampling. In order to collect data from instruments Beck depression questionnaire 21 questions and Schneider life hope questionnaire was used. This quasi - experimental study is a pretest-posttest control group for data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics (covariance) was used. Results: The results showed that the mean of scores for both post – tests in the experimental group were significantly lower than that control group, and Average life expectancy in the post-test scores of the experimental group significantly higher than the control group post-test scores. Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral group therapy is effective in reducing depressive and increase life hope empty nest syndrome.

Purpose: Family is a healthy Context for development and modification. Its main responsibility is individuation and, however, developing sense of belonging in its members. In fact, each person born and nurture in social matrix of family. It is a unique experiential frame which makes individuals matured and constant. More divorce number among working women arouse sensation about this fact. Method: So, 16 Couples (n1=8, n2=8; 16 Couples) Volunteered to participate in the program. Participants were assigned into two groups (Experiment and Control groups). Then experimental variable, Systems-Behavioral therapy, presented and at last results were analyzed. Findings: The result suggests that Systems-Behavioral Couple therapy affects marital maladjustment. Conclusions: So, Communicational problems can be improved by communicational therapies. This result can be explained according to communication-based approach of systems-behavioral therapies. This statement is congruent with principles of systemic therapies.

Purpose: Current study was conducted to investigate the relationship between family functioning, differentiation of self and resiliency with stress, anxiety and depression in Married Women Kermanshah city. Methods: The statistical community was composed of all women Married at least one child as a student in elementary school Kermanshah city, which a sample composed of 250 was selected in Multi-stage cluster sampling manner. The data collection tools included the questionnaires of family functions, differentiation of self (DSI-R) depression scale, and Conner & Davidson resiliency scale (CD-RISC). The design of the study was of descriptive and for data analysis, average statistical indices, standard deviation, correlation and stepwise regression analysis were used. Findings: The results indicated that there is a negative and significant relationship between family function and sub-scales (communication, affective involvement role playing and problem solving) and resiliency also positive and significant relationship between differentiation of self sub-scales to the part of scale fusion with others and emotional reactivity with stress, In addition, there is negative a significant relationship with sub-scale my position. Also The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between sub-scales family function and resiliency with stress and anxiety. and among subscales differentiation of self(fusion with others and emotional reactivity) with anxiety positive and significant relationship and also between sub-scales differentiation of self(fusion with others, emotional cut off and emotional reactivity) positive and significant relationship with depression Conclusion: Considering Study Results, it could be family function, differentiation of self and resiliency role in the occurrence of stress, anxiety and depression.
